Project Manager / Producer Assistant (PC STEAM GAME)
RSK TEAM is looking for a Project Manager / Producer Assistant for PC game development for Steam. Work directly with the CEO/CTO, manage development, marketing, and content processes. Salary based on interview results. Remote work.
We are RSK TEAM, a game development studio. We have over 600,000 subscribers across all our platforms. Our flagship project, MR DONALD: SAVE VATICAN – a satirical action shooter – entered the Top 500 most desired games on Steam, made it into the Top 15 releases of 2025, and holds the Top 3 position in its genre. The game has over 9,000 reviews and a 98% positive rating. We are looking for a Project Manager / Producer Assistant – a person who will work directly with the CEO/CTO on the development of PC games for Steam, help keep processes under control, and turn the chaos of development, marketing, and content into a clear, structured system.
Who we are looking for: - Experience in project management, production, operations management, or a similar role - Understanding of the game development process: from idea and prototype to release and post-launch support - Ability to set tasks, track deadlines, and bring processes to completion - Experience working with teams: developers, artists, marketing, content, and community - Ability to structure information: spreadsheets, task trackers, documents, roadmaps, production plans - Strong communication skills: quickly clarify details, document decisions, and not lose important information - Understanding of Steam as a platform: game pages, wishlists, releases, reviews, updates, and community - Basic understanding of marketing and content: trailers, TikTok/YouTube Shorts, posts, creatives, and news hooks - Ability to work at a fast pace, with incomplete information and changing priorities - Responsibility and independence – it's important not just to "pass tasks on" but to actually move processes forward. Will be a plus: - Experience in the gaming industry - Experience working with PC games / Steam projects - Experience in the role of producer assistant, project manager, product manager, or game producer - Basic understanding of Unity development - Experience with task trackers: Notion, Trello, Jira, ClickUp, Asana, or similar tools - Experience with Google Sheets / Excel - Understanding of game marketing: wishlists, Steam page conversion, trailers, and content planning - Knowledge of English - Good understanding of games, memes, trends, and viral content
