Project Manager needed for an indie studio working on complex PC story-driven games. Salary from 70,000 to 100,000 KZT. Remote, full-time.

Indie studio is looking for a talented Project Manager to lead complex, but cool story-driven PC projects. Responsibilities: - Project management in Jira+Confluence - Development and updating of Roadmaps/Sprints - Daily distribution and tracking of task deadlines - Maintaining effective team communication - Timely informing management about emerging difficulties - Keeping records of calls and preparing follow-ups - Tracking the correctness of report writing - Monitoring employee compliance with internal company rules when using services and messengers - Full project involvement

Knowledge and skills: - Experience in task and process automation (bots, n8n, etc.) - Experience with modern AI-based tools (CLI agents, MCP, etc.) - Jira+Confluence setup skills - Experience in creating roadmaps/sprints - Experience working with difficult clients, ability to find compromises - Ability to argue and convey your position - Knowledge of the game industry, how game creation processes are structured. - Experience with the following programs: Slack, Notion, Miro, Google Docs. - Stable high-speed internet. Required work experience: 1-3 years
