MOVmedia is seeking a project lawyer / legal consultant for project-based cooperation with part-time employment. Responsibilities: • Contract work with clients and contractors • Legal consultations for the team • Analysis of non-standard contractual situations • Preparation of brief legal opinions and recommendations • Assessment of legal risks

• At least 3 years of experience • Confident knowledge of contract law • Experience with B2B contracts • Ability to quickly understand non-standard legal issues • Independence and efficiency • Experience in digital / creative agencies will be a plus • Knowledge in intellectual property will be a plus

• Fully remote • Project format and part-time employment • Tasks as needed • No fixed daily workload
