Product Owner for B2B CRM Platform
YCLIENTS is seeking an experienced Product Owner for their B2B CRM platform. Hybrid work format. Responsibilities include product discovery, feature evaluation, and strategy formation. Requires 4+ years of product experience, preferably in B2B SaaS, CRM, or ERP.
The role involves conducting deep product discovery for key platform areas such as analytics, finance, inventory, and procurement. You will evaluate current features, identify areas for improvement or removal, and develop product strategies from scratch for new directions. The position requires gathering insights through interviews, CJM, and JTBD to formulate hypotheses and roadmaps. Collaboration with cross-functional teams including development, design, analytics, and support is essential.
4+ years of experience in a product role, with B2B SaaS, CRM, or ERP experience being a significant advantage. Ability to conduct qualitative research and make data-driven decisions. Systemic thinking to understand the impact of features on the entire ecosystem. Readiness to work in conditions of uncertainty and build from scratch.
Hybrid work format: 3 days in the office, 2 days remote. Office location: between m. Dostoyevskaya and m. Mendeleevskaya, moving to m. Tulskaya in June.
