To create Goodt solutions, we use the best methodological developments, machine learning and big data to reflect the full picture in the company. Tasks: • Become a marketing expert for the talent management product: market, competitors, trends, customer needs. • Form positioning, value and key product advantages, segment audience and decision makers. • Participate in defining product strategy and roadmap from a market perspective. • Develop and implement go-to-market strategy, build lead generation. • Create sales kit: presentations, battle cards, cases, FAQ — help sales differentiate from competitors. • Conduct CustDev and in-depth interviews, identify pains and barriers to purchase, turn feedback into hypotheses. • Together with the content team, create cases, articles, webinars, landing pages; form messages for different audiences. • Measure marketing effectiveness and link it to business results.

• Experience in product marketing in HR-tech products from 3 years. • Experience with B2B products and long sales cycles. • Ability to independently conduct competitive analysis, CustDev and market research. • Experience in creating positioning, value proposition and go-to-market strategy. • Data-driven approach. • Ability to turn a complex technological product into a simple and convincing offer for the client.
