Product Marketing Manager at Got it Life, a Silicon Valley startup building an AI mental health app. Remote, part-time with potential full-time. Drive organic growth, ASO, influencer marketing, SMM, paid ads, email, partnerships, and analytics.

Got it Life is a Silicon Valley startup creating an innovative AI-based mental health app. We are looking for an experienced and proactive Product Marketing Manager to promote the product in Western markets (B2C and B2B). Responsibilities: • Develop and implement an organic growth strategy for the mobile app. • Manage promotion channels: full ASO (App Store Optimization), influencer marketing, social media (SMM), paid advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads), email marketing. • Find and work with partners (coaches, associations, federations), create and grow a community, attract sponsors. • Conduct analytics: deep analysis of campaign performance (Google Analytics, AppsFlyer) and behavioral analytics to support decisions. • Develop promotion strategies through corporate wellness programs. • Test hypotheses, scale successful practices, and coordinate team work.

• Must have successful experience promoting mobile apps in Western markets (USA, Europe). Ideally, experience in healthcare, mental health, edtech, or AI. • Expert in launching and scaling products from scratch with a focus on organic traffic and growth without a large budget. • Practical knowledge of key channels: ASO, influencer marketing, paid advertising, SMM. • Experience working with partners, associations, and community building. • Excellent analytical skills and a data-driven approach. • Fluent English (B2 or higher). Nice to have: • Experience in B2B promotion (corporate sales or partnerships). • Content and project management skills.
