Product Manager for a Payments product in an international IT company. Responsibilities include product development, roadmap management, and improving user scenarios. Location: Belgrade, Serbia.

We are looking for a Product Manager to join an international IT company, who will be responsible for product development and directly influence key metrics. Responsibilities: - Responsible for product development in a regulated market: from hypotheses to implementation, considering all limitations and requirements. - Formulate and develop the product roadmap, setting priorities based on data and business goals. - Improve key user scenarios: onboarding, KYC, payments, and bonus mechanics. - Work on growing product metrics: conversion, retention, LTV, revenue. - Generate and test hypotheses through A/B tests and product analytics. - Assign tasks to the development team, accompany their implementation, and be responsible for the results. - Build effective interaction with marketing, CRM, support, development, and compliance.

Experience as a Product Manager / Product Owner for 1-2 years, launching products from scratch or participating in scaling. Work with payment or transactional products. Data-driven approach and ability to balance business effect, user experience, and technical/regulatory constraints. Solid understanding of product analytics and key metrics. Languages: English B1-B2, French will be an additional plus. Will be a plus: - Background in PSP, FinTech, iGaming, Betting, high-load products. - Experience integrating payment systems and working with APIs. - Understanding of regulated market specifics.
