International IT company is looking for a Product Leader (CPO/CEO) to develop SaaS, AI/ML, and financial products. 6+ years of experience, experience in growing products in the international market. Competitive compensation, stock options, office in Moscow or St. Petersburg.

Responsibilities: Be responsible for the formation and implementation of the go-to-market strategy Formulate the roadmap and manage the backlog — with a clear link to business results. Manage the product end-to-end: from user research and hypothesis testing to launching features into production. Build collaboration between development, design, marketing, and support. Analyze metrics, competitors, user behavior, and translate this into concrete solutions. Make decisions in conditions of high uncertainty and move quickly. Build and develop a team if necessary.

6+ years of experience in product management, preferably in crypto, fintech, or international SaaS. Proven experience in growing products in the international market — ideally, if you have built something from scratch or worked with industry leaders. Experience managing cross-functional teams of 10+ people. Ability to work in conditions of uncertainty and make decisions without a complete set of data. Experience working with stakeholders and communicating at the founder level.
