We are launching a new product function to support our strategy of growing at least 30% annually. The company has been in the market for 18 years and operates in the non-food consumer goods sector. Our products are sold both in Russia and internationally. This role reports directly to the business owner and is at a CEO-1 level. We have one company and three brands.

Critical experience in non-food consumer goods. Experience at Yandex is an advantage. We are also open to considering product managers with a strong product background and potential. Starting tasks for the Product Director: - Conduct an audit of the current product management process. - Build a complete product management system in the company, from idea and product strategy through R&D to product creation and lifecycle management. - Form your own team. - Manage product P&L in collaboration with marketing and sales.
