Unimatch Lab is looking for an AI-native Product Lead / Product Director to build AI products. Requires experience launching 0->1 products, a hands-on coding vibe, and experience with AI-agent workflows. Compensation starts at $5,000/month + equity.

Unimatch Lab is building a horizontal portfolio of AI products: smart devices, kid-tech, personalized AI assistants for health and productivity, AI media, and other verticals. This role is for someone with a founder's mindset who can take a product from 0->1: from discovery and hypothesis to a production-ready product, first users, revenue, and scaling.

* Launched 2+ 0->1 products in the last year, brought to production; * Live links to launched products; * Hands-on vibe-coding: Cursor, Claude Code, Windsurf; * Experience with v0 / Bolt.new / Lovable / Replit Agent; * Strong eye for mobile / web UI; * Ability to independently assemble prototypes and MVPs under tight deadlines; * Understanding of AI-agent workflows: MCP, memory, function calling, multi-step workflows; * Experience in one of the domains: Hardware, KidsTech, EdTech, HealthTech, MarTech, PropTech, or B2C SaaS; * Mature communication with stakeholders; * English B2+. Bonus points: * Ex-engineer -> product career path; * Full-stack / frontend / backend experience; * Fundraising, pitch deck, early sales experience; * Venture studio / early-stage startup background; * Understanding of unit economics, PostHog / Amplitude, cohorts, GTM, and performance marketing.

* Compensation from $5,000/month with no ceiling; * Opportunity to receive equity / share in products; This is not a classic PM role. We need someone who can act as a founder within the product: think fast, build fast, test hypotheses quickly, and bring results to production.
