Product Designer

MTS Web Services (MWS) is looking for a Product Designer for MWS Tables, a no-code tool for team collaboration and automation. Responsibilities include UX/UI design, redesign, prototyping, and design system development. Remote/office in Moscow.

MTS Web Services (MWS) is a bigtech company providing cloud, AI services, and platform solutions for various business tasks: from data work to product development and process optimization. We also launched a new public platform of our own development - MWS Cloud Platform. MWS Tables is a tool for organizing teamwork and light automation without writing code. Contains all necessary tools for work in one service. What to do: - Design UX/UI of new features based on analyst documentation: clarify requirements, work out scenarios, and propose solutions; - Participate in product redesign, preserving important scenarios and considering user habits; - Create prototypes, formulate hypotheses, and test them through interviews and usability testing; - Develop the design system and ensure UI consistency; - Prepare layouts and interface behavior descriptions, discuss technical limitations with developers, and support implementation; - Conduct design reviews and achieve elimination of significant discrepancies.
