Product Designer AI Native (Senior)

Senior Product Designer for AI-native interfaces at SberHealth. Design key user scenarios, develop AI agent patterns, and evolve design system. Office/remote in Moscow.

— Design and implement key user scenarios (onboarding, prevention plan, checkups, reminders), turning medical data into clear user insights and steps without excessive anxiety. — Use AI agents to create and refine web and mobile interfaces (setting tasks, launching, checking, editing before review), and develop patterns for AI interaction (states, error handling, explanation of capabilities and limitations). — Develop the design system and maintain unified standards: work with components, tokens, and states, create guidelines for visual language and interface behavior, and collaborate with engineers to improve the harness for accurate guideline adherence and error reduction. — Verify interface quality (visuals, interactions, responsiveness, accessibility, edge cases), quickly test hypotheses, prepare variants for A/B tests, and analyze results with the team.

— Product design experience for mobile and web interfaces, strong UI skills, and proficiency in Figma — show a portfolio with clear personal role in projects. — Practical experience with AI agents: creating and refining interfaces to the required quality, working in a codebase (reading UI code, making and verifying changes, Git, review); architecture and integrations are the engineers' responsibility. — Experience with design systems: ability to turn solutions into reusable components and rules. — Ability to simplify complex logic and large data volumes into understandable interfaces, attention to detail, and empathy in health-related work. — Understanding of user metrics, research, and analytics for design decisions.
