Staff Product Designer (AI Track)

AI-powered telemedicine clinic MEDvidi seeks a Staff Product Designer for the AI track, remote, full-time, $6,000–7,500/month.

We are building a line of AI tools for clinicians: AI Scribe, Chart Review, AI Receptionist. The designer will take this track end-to-end. Why this role is different: – Prototypes are built in code (Claude Code / Cursor) on real components, not in Figma; the prototype goes to development without redrawing. – Co-own the design system that both humans and AI agents read. – No briefs provided—you go to providers and PMs, find the problem, and lead the solution to release.

– 6+ years in product design of complex work interfaces (EHR, CRM, admin panels) – Experience in human-AI interaction design – Prototyping in code via AI agents – English B2+ and fluent Russian Nice to have: – Experience in healthcare / telemedicine – Experience in user research with doctors or clinical specialists – Experience implementing AI tools in a design team
