Product Designer

International product company is looking for a Product Designer with 7+ years of experience in SaaS to build a design system for a new document management product. Remote outside RU/BY, $6000–8000 gross.

Join an international product company developing several SaaS services for document management. The team is launching a new product almost from scratch. You will be the first designer to lay the foundation for user experience: build the design system, design key scenarios, and make the product equally convenient on desktop and mobile. Responsibilities: • Create and evolve the design system together with the product • Design key user scenarios and screens with all states • Make the mobile version as thoughtful as the desktop one • Control the quality of design implementation before releases • Work closely with the product manager and development team

• 7+ years of experience in product design, most of it in SaaS • Experience independently owning a product or large functional area • Experience creating a design system used in a real product • Strong portfolio with complex web interfaces (not just mobile apps) • High UI skills: typography, composition, spacing, hierarchy, attention to details and all interface states • Ability to make independent decisions and bring tasks to results Nice to have: • Understanding of frontend development • Experience with editors, builders, or other complex work tools • Personal pet projects • Ability to create icons and illustrations
