VK Music is seeking a Producer of Non-Music Content to join the audiobooks and podcasts team. Responsibilities: - Develop promotion strategies for audiobooks and podcasts and attract new listeners - Collaborations and marketing integrations with external partners (publishers, podcast studios, media) and internal VK businesses - Promotion in digital and offline, including special projects - Offline events: concepts, scripts, performances, merch - Content plans and community management for audiobooks and podcasts - Analyze campaign effectiveness, market research, and competitor monitoring (new features, exclusives), reporting.

Key requirements: - At least 2 years of experience in a similar role - Copywriting skills and ability to write engaging texts - Knowledge of social media analytics tools - Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and perfectionism - Creativity, proactivity, communication skills - Higher education Will be a plus: - Experience in publishing business or video production.

Full-time employment, 5/2 schedule, office work. Salary: based on interview results.
