Content Producer for Beauty Blog

Creative content producer needed for a beauty expert blog, developing content strategy and producing engaging content across multiple social media platforms. Full-time, remote.

We are looking for a creative, proactive, and modern professional to develop an expert blog about beauty, youth, and self-care. Responsibilities include: coming up with original ideas and writing engaging scripts for Reels and short videos; developing content strategy and content plans for Instagram, Telegram, MAX, VKontakte, and Odnoklassniki; creating ideas and texts for Stories, posts, expert and engagement publications; adapting content to the specifics of each social network; tracking trends and finding non-standard ways to apply them; participating in creating content funnels for webinars and launches; working on growth of reach, attracting target audience and traffic; analyzing statistics and proposing solutions for blog growth.

Experience working with personal or expert blogs and proven results; creativity, initiative, independence, positive thinking, and sense of humor; understanding of viral content mechanics, engagement, and audience retention; excellent visual taste, literate Russian language, and ability to write interestingly; confident use of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, and others) for content creation and analysis; ability not just to perform tasks but to independently propose ideas and find non-standard solutions. Experience in beauty and cosmetology is not required. The key is quick learning ability, ability to easily immerse in new topics, quickly engage in work processes, and interact effectively with the team. Editing, design, and publishing are NOT part of responsibilities - a separate specialist handles that. Your task is ideas, scripts, texts, content strategy, and performance analysis. When responding, you must include: portfolio with links to blogs and Reels, your tasks and results; which AI tools you use, courses taken, and how you apply the knowledge; examples of your creative ideas that yielded results; a short video about yourself.

Full-time employment, remote work. Contract with individual entrepreneur (IP) or self-employed. Long-term cooperation, teamwork. Time zone +/- 3 hours from Moscow. Payment level negotiable, fixed part + variable (KPI).
