Producer of Reels, Reelsmaker (Chemistry)

Umschool, a top-5 Russian EdTech company, seeks a Reels Producer in Moscow to create engaging short-form video content for chemistry exam prep. Hybrid work, salary from 50,000 RUB.

Create ideas for Reels, TikTok, and Shorts on preparing for the Unified State Exam (EGE) in chemistry. Shoot videos with teachers and experts in the office. Edit videos. Test formats, trends, and approaches. Understand the specifics of social networks at a basic level (we will teach everything!).

Live in Moscow and be able to come to the office (hybrid). Actively watch TikTok and understand trends, memes, and info triggers. Want to develop in marketing and content. Have experience taking the EGE/OGE exam in chemistry.

Hybrid schedule: office twice a week, remote the rest. During training (up to 2-3 weeks) – 4-6 hours, after training – full day (up to 8 hours). Compensation during training: 20,000 rubles. The better the videos perform, the higher the compensation and faster growth (directly depends on results and activity). After training, income can reach 70,000-100,000 rubles.
