Producer / Content Producer

International Institute of Integrative Psychology by Khava Shaydullina is seeking a Producer to develop and scale the project's content strategy and audience growth.

Responsibilities: - Develop content strategy and Reels; - Grow audience through organic traffic; - Build engagement funnels and sales through content; - Search and test new promotion hypotheses; - Participate in product launches; - Analyze results and scale what works.

Requirements: - Experience in producing and launches; - Fresh cases with concrete results; - Strong expertise in content, Reels, and organic growth; - Understanding of engagement funnels, sales funnels, and content-driven sales; - Initiative: ability to identify growth points, propose ideas, and drive them to results.

Salary is discussed individually based on interview results.
