Reels Producer / Short Video Scriptwriter

Full-time Reels producer and scriptwriter for a restaurant chain, salary from 80,000 to 120,000 ₽. Create engaging short videos for business goals.

Responsibilities: • Write Reels scripts with strong hooks, retention, and CTA • Create videos for specific target audiences and business tasks • Lead videos from idea to publication • Provide clear briefs to operators and editors • Oversee filming and final editing • Adapt trends to brand style and tone of voice • Build a bank of ideas, mechanics, and formats • Analyze video performance and improve scripts based on metrics

• Strong portfolio of Reels / Shorts / VK Clips • Understand short video mechanics: hook, retention, dynamics, CTA • Ability to create purposeful, not just entertaining content • Can clearly brief operator and editor • High visual awareness and understanding of modern Reels language • Fast, systematic work and meeting deadlines • Experience in food service (street food, fast food, cafes, restaurants, delivery) is a plus

Income: 80,000 – 120,000 ₽ at start depending on level and portfolio, scalable with growth. Full-time in-house with complete immersion in one project. Freelance, agencies, and service offers not considered.
