PR Director

PR Director at Monstars, a Moscow-based full-cycle communications agency. Develop integrated PR campaigns, manage team, build client base. Salary from 200,000 RUB, hybrid work.

Responsibilities: • Develop and launch integrated PR campaigns for client requests • Build PR strategies for both B2C and B2B clients • Handle agency PR and reputation: initiate media publications, promote cases and team expertise, organize participation in industry ratings, awards, and events • Manage projects from publications to reporting, maintain high client service, including explaining and defending ideas • Conduct final review of texts (quality and meaning control): comments, expert columns, analytical materials, and others • Write texts with or without a writer • Communicate with journalists and initiate media publications • Ensure team staffing, motivation, and development • Develop agency client base: find potential clients, build relationships, participate in negotiations, prepare proposals • Work with tenders: from idea development to final proposal packaging (as part of regular workload)

Requirements: • 5+ years in PR, understanding of the industry • 3+ years in an agency, comfortable with multitasking • Managed a team of 3+ people, able to set tasks and develop employees • Experience with B2B clients, able to explain complex things simply • Experience with tech and retail clients (big plus) • Strong soft skills and ability to handle tense conversations calmly • Previous position not lower than group head, ready to move forward

Conditions: • Schedule 5/2 from 11:00 to 19:00, client availability from 10:00 • Hybrid: 3 days office / 2 days remote • Salary from 200,000 RUB (negotiable after interview) • Office in Moscow (Mendeleevskaya metro)
