Marketing / PR Manager

KASUMOV WOMAN, a women's clothing brand with Italian accent, seeks a creative Marketing/PR Manager for market analysis, strategy, content, and events. Salary 120,000–180,000 RUB/month.

Tasks: - Market and competitor analysis to determine development strategy - Develop and implement marketing strategy to attract customers (lead generation, brand awareness) - Manage content plan: social media, site blog, etc. - Analyze effectiveness of brand promotion channels - Participate in developing and conducting promotions and other marketing activities - Organize image Fashion events - Build relationships with media and key bloggers/influencers - Work with company reputation - Provide reporting on work results and make plans

Mandatory: at least 3 years of experience in marketing and PR with women's clothing brands. Cases/portfolio with Fashion brands (growth in engagement, successful integrations, etc.); Ability to work with various marketing tools (CRM, analytics, social networks, advertising platforms); Creativity and ability to generate new ideas; Ability to work in a team and effectively interact with other departments.
