PR Specialist

PR Specialist at SoftServe, remote/office in Ukraine, Middle level, creating PR campaigns and media relations.

SoftServe, one of the largest technology consulting companies in Ukraine with over 30 years of experience, is looking for a PR specialist to shape the company's public image, strengthen corporate reputation, and drive success stories and technological expertise in the media. Responsibilities: • Plan and implement PR campaigns according to strategic goals and company positioning • Create engaging, high-quality content: press releases, pitches, columns, expert cases • Monitor and analyze media landscape and PR metrics, prepare data-based analytics • Find new news hooks and opportunities for brand presence growth in media • Collaborate closely with marketing, HR, and top management teams

• 2-3 years of experience in corporate communications, PR, or media relations (Middle level) • Advanced English (excellent written and spoken skills for media work) • Proven experience building strong relationships with journalists and pitching materials • Ability to work with analytics and make decisions based on metrics • Confident use of modern working approaches and active application of AI tools
