Personal Data Specialist

A large pharmaceutical company is seeking a Personal Data Specialist in Moscow. Responsibilities include updating internal regulations, maintaining a register of personal data processing, conducting audits, implementing access control, and handling data subject requests.

Update the company's main internal regulations; Maintain an automated register of personal data processing processes, conduct internal audits, and update the regulatory framework; Participate in implementing a system for controlling third-party access to personal data, including updating the contractual framework and creating an automated register to reduce leak risks and ensure legal compliance; Participate in developing and implementing regulations and tools to control the processing and storage periods of personal data; Organize and manage a centralized process for receiving, registering, and processing requests from personal data subjects (access requests, clarification, blocking, withdrawal of consent); Participate in projects as a personal data specialist.

Higher legal education (specialist/master); At least 3 years of experience as a Lawyer, including at least 1 year with personal data; Knowledge of key documents regulating personal data processing and protection, and knowledge of GDPR principles; Experience as an expert in projects related to organizing personal data processing; Experience interacting with regulators and data subjects is an advantage; English at pre-intermediate level or higher.
