Personal Assistant to the Head of the Company / Office Manager
Brickworks Games is seeking an experienced Personal Assistant/Office Manager in Limassol, Cyprus. Responsibilities include administrative support for the CEO, office management, and event organization. Requires experience as a personal assistant or office manager, strong communication skills, and attention to detail. Fluency in English or Greek is a plus.
We are Brickworks Games - a leading game developer known for our hits Grim Soul and Cyberika. We are currently looking for an experienced and responsible Personal Assistant to the CEO with office manager functions, who will take on administrative support for the CEO and care for our cozy office. Tasks that await you: - Fulfilling the company head's assignments: finding contacts, assisting in resolving personal and corporate tasks, and other administrative duties; - Delivering and receiving documents from partners, banks, and various organizations; - Interacting with courier services: coordinating the acceptance and dispatch of parcels and documents; - Ensuring office operations: maintaining order, purchasing necessary goods, interacting with the business center administration and contractors, maintaining primary document flow, organizing the work of the cleaning staff; - Organizing internal corporate events and selecting venues for corporate parties and meetups (office decoration, organizing coffee breaks, ordering catering); - Maintaining reports on the work done.
You are our person if you have: - Experience working as a personal assistant to top executives or as an office manager; - Ability to present information concisely and clearly; - Attention to detail; - Excellent communication skills; - Ability to prioritize, structure, systematize, and plan and build your own activities. Will be a big plus: - Fluent English or Greek languages.
