Personal Assistant / Family Office
Personal Assistant / Family Office in Belgrade or Monaco. The task is to handle operational and domestic issues for the executive. Experience of 3-5 years, English B2. Salary from 2000 EUR.
The task is to fully handle operational and domestic issues, ensuring predictability and comfort in the executive's daily life. What you will be doing: Full travel support: routes, flights, hotels, transfers, visas, insurance, VIP/business lounges; Purchases and bookings: goods on request, event tickets, restaurants, spas, cultural events; Servicing 3 residences: interaction with management companies, household staff, contractors; control of payments and quality of work; Support in organizational and logistical matters; Calendar management: meetings, calls, reminders, rescheduling, driver coordination; Task execution control: tracking statuses, resolving pending tasks.
Experience as a personal assistant to a top-level executive for 3-5 years, preferably in a family office or private office; English language - B2 or higher: fluent communication with foreign services and counterparties; Experience in organizing complex trips and logistics; high level of independence and responsibility, ability to work in a multitasking mode; Impeccable confidentiality and discretion; Excellent oral and written communication skills (Russian); French language - B2 or higher (not mandatory);
Official employment under local legislation (Serbia); Schedule 5/2, with readiness for occasional requests outside of working hours; Compensation: from 2,000 EUR during the probation period, 2,500 EUR upon its successful completion - the final offer depends on experience and location; Upon successful completion of the probation period: medical insurance, corporate gym membership.
