We are looking for an assistant to help the director of an online store of modular kitchens, taking over some operational tasks to free up time. We have humane working conditions and a friendly team that will be happy to see you with us. Responsibilities: - Work with spreadsheets, search for information, prepare reports - Maintain order on Google Drive with work materials - Record webinars and make summaries (1-2 times a month) - Search for freelancers on freelance platforms, post vacancies - Edit photos, publish posts on social networks (1-2 times a week) - Create product listings using a template - Occasionally edit the website - Personal errands
