Performance Manager (Roblox Ads Manager)

Seeking a performance manager with practical experience in setting up and running ads in Roblox Ads Manager for promoting a Roblox world to the Russian audience. Project-based work.

Prepare a media plan with reach and user acquisition forecast, set up the ad campaign and further optimize promotion of the Roblox world to the RU audience. Provide recommendations at campaign launch and completion, and reporting.

Real experience promoting experiences within Roblox and understanding of the platform's internal advertising tools. Please send cases of completed ad campaigns.

Project-based work. Payment: fixed rate or percentage of ad budget.
