Payroll Manager
Payroll Manager with 4-5 years of experience in end-to-end payroll processes, taxes, and deductions. Responsibilities include managing HR administration, payroll calculations, reporting, and process optimization. Requires experience with HRIS/Payroll systems and English proficiency. Non-RF location.
We are looking for a strong Payroll Manager to take full ownership of payroll processes and be a key partner for HR and Finance. This is a role with a high degree of responsibility, influence over processes, and the opportunity to improve and automate them. Tasks: • Management of HR administration (outsourced personnel); • Payroll: calculation and payments; • Period closing and reporting; • Process development and optimization.
• 4-5 years of experience in payroll, including end-to-end processes; • Deep understanding of payroll processes, taxes, and deductions (preferably in an international context); • Experience interacting with external payroll providers; • Confident work with HRIS/Payroll systems (HiBob or similar); • Attention to detail, systemic thinking, and a high level of responsibility; • Non-RF geographic location; • English language - at least Intermediate (for working with providers and documentation).
