Payment Manager (LatAm, iGaming)

Payment Manager for a large iGaming company (NDA) to conquer LatAm markets. Remote, full-time, competitive salary.

Responsibilities: - Testing payment methods, controlling settings, and launching new methods. - Managing the payment page on the website, studying competitors, optimizing method placement and payment flow. - Working with channel conversion, resolving issues with providers and tech team. - Working on optimal cascades, monitoring channel health, and responding to technical works. - Maintaining reports and analyzing payment method efficiency, suggesting improvements. - Developing existing providers (increasing volumes, adding new methods, changing rates and limits).

Requirements: - Experience with payment infrastructure (merchant/PSP/acquiring/iGaming/fintech). - Understanding of payment method conversion metrics and ability to analyze them. - Experience with routing (traffic redistribution), cascades, and logs. - Strong analytical skills and ability to make quick decisions. - Knowledge of LatAm payment providers and experience with the region (a plus). - Willingness to work under incidents and respond quickly to unusual situations. - English at least B1. Nice to have: - Experience in high-risk industries (iGaming, betting, crypto, etc.). - Experience with PSPs and payment aggregators. - Understanding of anti-fraud processes and payment flows. - Experience in automating and optimizing payment processes.
