Lead Payments in an international IT company with B2C web/mobile subscriptions in Health & Fitness, Mental Health, Self-Learning, and AI — determine strategy, develop the team, and directly influence business growth. • Work directly with founders and C-level with high autonomy • Scale the existing multi-PSP infrastructure in Tier 1–2 markets • Direct impact on revenue and retention via approval rate, renewals, and payment recovery • Opportunity to develop Payments into a standalone function with Billing-as-a-Service prospects

• Responsible for Payments/Billing within a B2C subscription product on the merchant side with measurable results • 5+ years in Payments / Billing / Acquiring • Experience with renewals, retries, dunning, and failed payment recovery • Worked with multi-PSP / multi-acquirer, routing, orchestration, and MID management • Negotiated with PSP / acquirers and understand fraud / chargebacks • Russian fluent · English Upper-Intermediate+
