Payment Boarding Manager

Remote Payment Boarding Manager responsible for onboarding payment providers, coordinating processes, and interacting with partners. Salary up to 2000 USDT.

We are looking for a Payment Boarding Manager who will be responsible for connecting and onboarding payment providers, coordinating processes, and interacting with partners. What you will do: • Manage the process of connecting new payment providers from start to launch • Coordinate work between providers, partners, and internal teams • Collect and control necessary documents and information • Monitor statuses, deadlines, and next steps for each connection • Communicate with PSPs and other payment partners • Identify and eliminate blockers in the onboarding process • Maintain up-to-date documentation and connection statuses • Help improve and standardize boarding processes

What is important: • At least 1 year of experience in payments/fintech • Understanding of how payment providers and payment infrastructure work • Experience working with external partners • Strong organizational and communication skills • Ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously and bring tasks to results • Attention to detail • English at a level sufficient for business correspondence and communication with partners Nice to have: • Experience connecting PSPs, acquirers, payment gateways • Knowledge of KYC/KYB and compliance processes • Experience with APIs and technical documentation • Experience in international fintech/payments
