Part-time UA Manager for Eterna, an international digital product in psychology and self-discovery. Remote, paid traffic on Meta Ads and other channels for web2app funnels. Salary negotiable.

Launch and scale paid traffic on web2app funnels, primarily Meta Ads, then TikTok and other channels. Test creatives, audiences, and bundles: turn off what doesn't work and scale what works. Improve the funnel with the team and monitor metrics: CPA, trial and payment conversion, ROAS, LTV.

Experience buying traffic for subscription apps on the US market, ideally with web2app. Understanding of unit economics, confident work with analytics and attribution. Excellent English for working with the product and Russian for team communication.

Remote work, flexible schedule, international team, direct communication with founders, impact on the product from an early stage. Work on European time.
