ORM Specialist

Cleeq.ru is seeking an ORM specialist to manage brand reputation by responding to comments and reviews across social media, forums, and review sites. Requires 1+ year experience in ORM, SMM, or related fields.

Cleeq.ru is a tech company at the intersection of SERM, SEO, and AI Search. They develop a platform for managing brand visibility and reputation. Responsibilities: - Work with comments, reviews, and discussions on social media, Telegram, forums, websites, maps, and review platforms. - Prepare responses to negative, neutral, and controversial messages without templated or promotional tone. - Adapt style and tone of communication to the platform, audience, and context. - Conduct discussions, handle objections, and develop topics. - Quickly immerse in client's subject and prepare reaction options for complex situations. - Use neural networks as an auxiliary tool for content preparation.

Experience: - 1+ year in ORM, SMM, community management, PR, editing, copywriting, or related field. - Excellent written Russian and ability to write naturally without bureaucratese. - Ability to quickly change style and tone of text. - Skill in handling objections and complex communications. - Understanding of social media, Telegram, forums, and reviews specifics. - Basic understanding of ORM will be a plus.

Office/hybrid, Moscow (Belorusskaya metro). Schedule 5/2. Employment according to Labor Code of the Russian Federation. Opportunity to develop at the intersection of ORM, SERM, SEO, and AI Search. Mentorship and work with real client projects.
