CRM Marketer

IT company ArtSolution24, Platinum Bitrix24 partner, seeks CRM marketer for B2B client engagement, remote, salary negotiable.

Tasks: • Implement CRM strategies to warm up and reactivate the client base for repeat, additional, and cross-sales. • Develop messages for segmented client groups based on marketing chains and CJM. • Plan and implement communication activities. • Build and maintain communication across various channels (messenger, email, social media, forums, digital and non-digital). • Stimulate repeat and cross-sales, improve client loyalty. • Create materials for automated funnels. • Form and engage user community.

Requirements: • Proven experience in CRM marketing; Bitrix24 knowledge is a plus. • Experience in B2B promotion (preferably in IT). • Multichannel promotion experience (not only email). • Excellent written and verbal communication. • Skill in creating persuasive and native texts. • Team player. • Goal setting and achievement.
