Operations Manager (track to COO)

Operations Manager for a fintech/crypto company, remote full-time, $2,500–3,500/month, growth to COO. International financial service with 30+ team.

About company: Icon Finance is an international financial service dealing with crypto and fiat exchange, OTC operations, SEPA/SWIFT bank transfers, invoice payments, and financial consulting. Team of 30+ employees across different countries. Responsibilities: - Audit, build, and automate business processes. - Coordinate departments and manage operational rhythm. - Control KPIs, prepare dashboards and regular reports. - Manage escalations and solve operational issues. - Develop customer service: SLA, standards, quality metrics. - Control economics of directions: margins, costs, financial results. - Implement and develop CRM/ERP, accounting systems, and internal documentation. - Manage team leads: set goals, monitor execution, participate in hiring and evaluation. - Operational support of partner network and payment channels. - Coordinate launch of new products, locations, and legal entities. - Interact with Finance, Legal, and Compliance teams.

Requirements: - Experience in operational management in high-risk financial services: crypto, OTC, exchange services, payment platforms, P2P, or crypto-processing. - Experience managing a team of 8–10+ people, including team leads. - Willing to dive into processes personally, not just control reporting. - Understanding of transaction economics, margins, costs, and cash flow. - Ability to make complex and unpopular management decisions with reasoning. - Fluent Russian and English B2+. - Use of AI tools in daily work. - Location: outside Russia. Nice to have: - Experience building accounting or customer service systems from scratch. - Experience managing distributed teams across time zones. - Experience in process automation, CRM/ERP implementation, and integrations.

Fully remote, full-time. Time zone CET ±3. Salary: $2,500–3,500 per month depending on experience. Growth perspective to COO with higher income. Bonuses for results in first 6 months. After transition to COO — variable part tied to financial effect of initiatives. Direct interaction with CEO and company owner. Paid test assignment.
