COO / Operations Director at Holiday Homes Company

Dubai-based Holiday Homes company seeks an experienced COO/Head of Operations to lead and grow operations for a portfolio of 90+ apartments.

Manage daily operations of Holiday Homes. Develop and lead the operations team. Oversee guest operations and service quality. Coordinate housekeeping and maintenance. Onboard new properties and ensure operational readiness. Develop and optimize SOPs and internal processes. Implement and monitor operational KPIs. Manage contractors and suppliers. Interact with property owners and internal departments. Scale operational processes as the portfolio grows.

Proven managerial experience in Holiday Homes/short-term rentals. Deep understanding of the full operational cycle. Experience managing a team and property portfolio. Strong leadership skills, systematic approach, and process-building ability. English is mandatory. Russian is a plus but not required. Experience in the UAE is highly desirable.

Full-time, office-based in Dubai, UAE.
