Head of Operations / COO (Fintech / PSP & Crypto)

Full-time, Remote Head of Operations/COO for a fintech/PSP & Crypto company. Build operational processes, manage payment operations, implement AI tools. Compensation in USDT.

• Build and regulate the company's operational processes: areas of responsibility, order of inter-team interaction (Finance, Legal, Compliance, IT, Sales) and escalation chains. • Establish a regular management rhythm: conduct daily/weekly synchronizations, set and control KPI/OKR execution. • Control the stability of cash flows and payment operations together with the financial team: reconciliations, settlements with providers and merchants, balancing crypto-fiat liquidity, reserves and payments. • Ensure operational resilience: develop regulations for responding to acquiring failures, payment delays, provider restrictions and incidents. • Implement dashboards, end-to-end analytics and reporting system for timely identification of operational deviations. • Use AI tools and automation to reduce routine operations, generate regulations and speed up processes.

• 4+ years of experience in leading operational positions (Head of Operations, COO, Operations Director) in large PSPs, high-risk fintech, payment gateways or crypto wallets. • Deep understanding of payment infrastructure: cards, IBAN, wallets, processing, working with high-risk merchants and payment providers. • Practical experience with cryptocurrency flows (crypto flows, stablecoins, crypto/fiat reconciliation). • Strong hands-on background: readiness at the first stage to personally delve into details, write regulations and set execution control. • Experience in building goal-setting and metrics systems (KPI/OKR), ability to link operational indicators to business P&L. • Experience in implementing AI tools and automation in operational activities. • English — Upper-Intermediate / Fluent (work with international partners and team).
