Operations Director for a charity foundation in Moscow, leading back-office, processes, budgets, and digitalization.

The foundation provides professionally organized individual mentoring programs for children and teenagers in Russia, helping with socialization of children from orphanages, foster and socially vulnerable families, and children with disabilities. The Operations Director will lead the back-office, establish processes, regulations, and control points, implement regular management, control budgets and project timelines with partners and grantors, together with the Executive Director set up fundraising processes, introduce digitalization (CRM, EDO, KEDO), and synchronize regional work with the head office.
