Operations & Support Specialist for a fintech project (HaaS Platform partner). Remote work. Salary: $2,000 – $2,800 USD. Responsibilities include managing settlement cycles, liquidity control, technical support, and incident management.

We are looking for a responsible specialist for an innovative fintech project - a cross-border QR payment aggregator connecting CIS digital wallets with Southeast Asian payment networks. The company operates on an AI-augmented model where routine processes are handled by AI agents, and humans make critical decisions requiring accuracy and responsibility. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the Settlement cycle: conduct multi-stage payment chains, process transaction logs, and record currency exchange rates within strict timeframes (primary focus until 14:00 MSK). - Control liquidity: daily monitor account positions (float monitoring) and maintain reports in the Settlement Tracker. - Provide technical support: monitor transaction dashboards and partner API status in real-time (Bangkok working hours). - Manage incidents: identify failures (504 timeouts, 4xx/5xx errors), classify them, and coordinate solutions with partner technical teams. - Perform Reconciliation: investigate payment discrepancies and prepare reports on system bugs for the development team.

Requirements: - Fluent in Russian and English (mandatory). - Minimum 2 years of experience in fintech: payment systems, settlement, treasury, or bank back-office. - Technical literacy: understanding of HTTP error codes (4xx, 5xx) and basic API logs. - Experience with USDT (on-chain transactions, hash verification, TRC20/ERC20 networks). - High level of autonomy and discipline in meeting daily deadlines. Nice to have: - Experience with Southeast Asian payment infrastructure (e.g., PromptPay). - Skills in using monitoring tools (e.g., Grafana). - Experience interacting with crypto OTC desks. - Experience working in startups with a high degree of multitasking.
