We are currently seeking a specialist for the position of MT Administrator/TradeOps Manager. ▪️ What you will be doing: ▫️ Setting up, supporting, and optimizing MT4/MT5 servers, Liquidity Aggregation Engines, and related components ▫️ Managing and controlling liquidity and order routing (bridges, aggregators, LP connections) ▫️ Supporting and monitoring FIX connections and trading integrations ▫️ Proactive monitoring of trading infrastructure (execution, latency, rejects, stability) ▫️ Analyzing logs, investigating incidents, and resolving technical issues ▫️ Collaborating with Risk, Dealing, and DevOps teams ▫️ Optimizing execution quality and trading system stability ▫️ Participating in the implementation of new tools, LPs, and technological solutions.

▪️ We expect you to: ▫️ Have 1+ year of experience in TradeOps / MT4 / MT5 Administration / Dealing / Trading Operations ▫️ Have a solid understanding of MT4/MT5 architecture, including the server-side and ecosystem (gateways, bridges, plugins) ▫️ Possess practical experience with liquidity aggregation (LPs, aggregators, stream setup, routing) ▫️ Have worked with the FIX protocol (sessions, messages, troubleshooting, integrations) ▫️ Have experience in monitoring trading systems and infrastructure (latency, execution quality, rejects, slippage) ▫️ Be proficient in SQL (analyzing trading data, incident resolution) ▫️ Have basic skills in Python / Bash / PowerShell for automation and analysis ▫️ Have experience in diagnosing and resolving technical problems (logs, network, performance bottlenecks) ▫️ Understand key metrics of the brokerage business (PnL, A/B-book, exposure) ▫️ Have English language proficiency at B2+ level. ▪️ Will be a plus: ▫️ Experience with Liquidity Aggregators (oneZero, PrimeXM, Fx Cubic, etc.) ▫️ Understanding of risk management and hedging principles ▫️ Experience with PostgreSQL ▫️ Knowledge of high-load systems and low-latency infrastructure specifics.
