Mission Hire Gaming & Tech is looking for a hands-on Engineering Manager for an enterprise B2B SaaS platform. Salary: $8,000 - $10,000 gross. Remote work in Europe.

We are looking for a hands-on Engineering Manager for an enterprise B2B SaaS platform for marketers and communicators. The product helps plan, create, and analyze corporate content and is used by major European companies. Tech Stack: TypeScript, Node.js, React, Ruby on Rails (as a plus), AWS Bedrock / Azure OpenAI / GCP Vertex AI Responsibilities: - Design and ship features (AI, microservices, core product) - Make technical and architectural decisions - Manage a small cross-functional team: 1:1, mentoring, culture - Work with AI tech lead on AI strategy implementation - Interact with PM on prioritization and releases

7+ years in development, strong system design 1-2+ years of real people management (not tech lead) Experience with AI/LLM in production (RAG, prompt engineering, orchestration) TypeScript / Node.js - must, RoR - plus Fluent English

Remote work, occasional business trips. Full-time employment.
