Space307 is an international fintech company with 280+ specialists looking for a TradeOps Engineer to support and optimize MetaTrader-based trading infrastructure. Responsibilities: - Setup, support, and optimization of MT4/MT5 servers, liquidity aggregators, and related components - Order routing management: bridges, LP connections, stream aggregation - Support and monitoring of FIX connections and trading integrations - Proactive monitoring: latency, execution quality, rejects, stability - Log analysis, incident investigation, technical problem resolution - Collaboration with Risk, Dealing, and DevOps teams - Participation in the implementation of new LPs and technological solutions

1+ year in TradeOps / MT Admin / Trading Operations Deep understanding of MT4/MT5 architecture (server, gateways, bridges, plugins) Practical experience with liquidity aggregation (LPs, routing, streams) Experience with FIX protocol: sessions, messages, troubleshooting Proficient in SQL for data and incident analysis Basic Python / Bash / PowerShell skills for automation Understanding of broker metrics: PnL, A/B book, exposure English B2+
