Asterisk Administrator
Asterisk Administrator, remote work or relocation to Cyprus. Income up to $2000. Requires 3+ years of experience with Asterisk, SIP, RTP, NAT, QoS, Linux.
Support and development of the fintech service's telephone platform. Ensuring stable operation of support/collections/sales. Configuration and support: IVR, operator queues, call routing based on business logic. Integration of Asterisk with internal systems (CRM, backend, billing). Ensuring fault tolerance and minimal downtime. Monitoring call quality (SLA, ASR, ACD). Analysis and troubleshooting of connection issues and delays. Load optimization and system scaling. Updating and modernizing the existing VoIP infrastructure. Documenting call flows, routing schemes, and integrations. Interaction with backend, support, and security teams.
3+ years of experience. Deep practical experience with Asterisk (13+/16+/18+). Experience in building and supporting VoIP systems for support/call centers/fintech. Solid understanding of SIP, RTP, NAT, QoS. Experience with SIP trunks. Configuration of IVR, Queues, skill-based routing, overflow, fallback. Experience with call recording and working with CDR/CEL. Linux (Ubuntu/Debian), experience with production servers. Security: SIP brute-force, Fail2Ban, firewall, ACL, rate limits. Experience integrating Asterisk with CRM, billing, antifraud, API. Experience with AMI/ARI (integration with backend systems).
Work format - remote worldwide / relocation to Cyprus (welcomed).
