3+ years in motion design Proven experience with advertising creatives Confident work in After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop / Illustrator Understanding and practical experience with AI tools (Kling AI, Google Veo, HeyGen, etc.) Constructive attitude towards feedback Initiative
