It is important not just to assemble the animation, but to work for the result: retention, clicks, a clear message. Tasks: - creation of motion graphics - development of advertising creatives - editing and refinement of video for different platforms - working with both ready-made assets and animation from scratch - adherence to visual style and deadlines - interaction with marketing, producer, and designer

What is important to us: - 3+ years in motion design - proven experience in advertising creatives - confident work in After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop / Illustrator - understanding and practice of working with AI tools (Kling AI, Google Veo, HeyGen, etc.) - adequate attitude to feedback - initiative
