We are looking for a Mobile Delivery Manager (iOS & Android) for a fintech company. The role is about execution, managing the delivery backlog, taking features from spec to release, and launching A/B experiments. Requires 3+ years in product/delivery roles, 2+ years with native mobile applications.

We are looking for someone who will build a predictable delivery machine for the native mobile applications of the trading platform. This is an execution role, not a strategy role. Product priorities and roadmap are already in place – your task is to deliver features to the user without losses, delays, or surprises. What you will do: → Manage the delivery backlog: what goes into development and in what order → Take features from spec to release (development → QA → production → metrics) → Launch A/B experiments: setting up flags, segments, tracking → Make iOS/Android release cycles predictable → Remove blockers and dependencies between PM / Design / Dev / Analytics
