Delivery Manager at DatsTeam. Manage project delivery, plan resources, control risks, and work with stakeholders. Offers full remote or office in Moscow, flexible schedule, and benefits.

Manage the process of delivering value for several projects or one large project; Plan deadlines, resources, and team workload; Control risks and dependencies; Work with stakeholder and customer expectations; Ensure continuity and improvement of processes (Scrum / Kanban / hybrid / quarterly plans); Facilitate meetings: planning, retro, demo, status meetings; Resolve conflicts and blockers in the team; Ensure communication transparency; Control and improve team performance metrics; Provide timely and transparent reporting on team performance.

Experience in project management / delivery role in IT for 2+ years; Experience working with teams of 20+ people; Experience working with IT teams (development, QA, design, analytics, support); Understanding of Agile approaches and the software development lifecycle; Skills in planning, prioritization, and risk management; Ability to build communication with business and team; Experience with Jira, Confluence, and similar tools; Ability to work in conditions of uncertainty and change.
