Delivery Manager (CDO) needed for a fully remote, long-term engagement to ensure predictable, high-quality delivery of tech projects. Requires 3+ years of experience in software environments, strong technical understanding, and C1+ English.

We’re looking for a Delivery Manager (CDO) to ensure predictable, high-quality delivery of tech projects while aligning engineering execution with business goals. You’ll own the end-to-end delivery lifecycle and act as the connective tissue between teams and stakeholders. Key responsibilities: - Manage full project lifecycle: planning → execution → delivery - Ensure on-time, in-scope delivery with clear quality standards - Coordinate cross-functional teams: engineering, QA, analytics, DevOps - Proactively identify risks, dependencies, bottlenecks — and resolve them - Track KPIs (velocity, cycle time, throughput) and report progress transparently - Improve Agile practices and delivery processes continuously - Maintain alignment, manage expectations, and foster accountability

3+ years as Delivery/Project Manager in software environments Strong technical understanding of SDLC and modern dev workflows Hands-on experience with delivery metrics and Agile (Scrum/Kanban) English C1+ (written & spoken) Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management Self-driven, structured, and effective in fast-paced settings
