Selecty (HR Agency) is looking for an MLOps / Python Backend Engineer (ML) for remote work based in Moscow. Salary: 220,000 - 310,000 RUB net. Project: 'RnD Modeling' in a bank, focusing on the development and implementation of ML solutions.

The project is 'RnD Modeling' within a bank. The team is responsible for the end-to-end development and implementation of ML solutions, from model prototypes to production integration into business processes. This is not a classic MLOps role; it's closer to backend development with a strong emphasis on ML productization. The task involves taking code from Data Science teams, refactoring it, and deploying it into the production environment. The stream works with cutting-edge areas (CV, NLP, RAG, agent systems/chatbots) and also engages in RnD and piloting new ML technologies. Key areas of focus: — Productization of ML models and pipelines — Integration of models into backend and business contexts — Development of APIs and services for ML — Working with data streaming (Kafka) — Participation in RnD and piloting new ML solutions Technology stack: Python, REST API (FastAPI/Flask), Kafka, Docker, Kubernetes, Airflow, Spark, Hive, SQL

— 3-4 years of experience in Python development — Mandatory completed higher education — Experience with ML projects (CV, NLP, RAG) — Experience developing REST APIs (FastAPI / Flask) — Experience working with Kafka — Understanding of microservice architecture and network communication — Basic understanding of Kubernetes — Intermediate SQL skills — Ability to work with Data Science code and adapt it for production ⭐️ Bonus points: — Experience with Airflow — Experience with Hadoop / Spark
