Middle/Senior Affiliate Manager

Middle/Senior Affiliate Manager in Nicosia, Cyprus. Office-based, English required. Salary: Middle €2,000–3,000 / Senior €3,000–4,000 gross + bonuses.

International company under NDA with strong performance culture, growing its affiliate program. You will be part of the performance marketing team and become the key person for working with partners: affiliates, influencers, and publishers. Responsibilities: - Find, onboard, and manage strong affiliates, influencers, and publishers - Optimize campaigns: tests, data analysis, decisions focused on ROI - Negotiate terms and be the main contact for partners - Analyze results, scale what works, and fix what doesn't - Work with design, development, media buying, and content teams - Represent the company at industry conferences

Already living in Cyprus and ready to work from the office Experience in affiliate, performance, or digital marketing: Middle from 1.5 years, Senior from 4 years Understand metrics EPC, LTV, CR, CTR and be able to optimize campaigns based on them Confident with spreadsheets and dashboards Able to negotiate and build relationships with partners English B2 (team does not speak Russian) Plus: experience in iGaming, fintech, or e-commerce and knowledge of affiliate platforms
